This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made in connection with Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 tickets and related digital deliverables (the "Tickets").

By purchasing Tickets, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy.

1. General rule: no refunds

All Ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.

2. Event cancellation or rescheduling

Refunds may be available only in the following situations:

2.1 Event cancellation

If the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we may offer a refund of the Ticket purchase price (or such remedy as required by applicable law).
Any fees charged by third parties (e.g., banks, card issuers) may be non-refundable.

2.2 Event rescheduling / date change

If the Event is rescheduled or the dates change, Tickets may remain valid for the new dates. If a refund option is offered, it will be communicated to purchasers together with instructions and the applicable request window.

3. Non-refundable situations (examples)

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • accidental purchases or duplicate purchases;
  • inability to attend due to personal circumstances, travel issues, visa issues, or schedule conflicts;
  • failure to download, access, or print Tickets if delivery/access was provided (we will assist with access);
  • dissatisfaction with the Event experience, lineup changes, programming changes, venue changes, or similar changes unless required by applicable law.

4. Chargebacks and access to Tickets

If a cardholder initiates a chargeback, we will void the cardholder's Tickets for all Tomorrowland events.

We apply this measure because chargebacks result in significant operational costs for the organizers and the company as a whole. We prioritize working with loyal customers. If you have questions or require assistance, please contact us first at privacy@tomorrowland.ltd so we can try to resolve the matter without escalation to your bank.

6. Policy updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when changes were made. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
